Outed Film: Support Uganda’s Queer Kampala Intl Film Festival

This year, East Africa’s first LGBT Film Festival, Queer Kampala International Film Festival will be held in Uganda, possibly one of the most dangerous places to be gay, lesbian, bi or trans. Join us on Weds 23rd Nov at FLM to support our Ugandan friends and this brave and bold festival.

The event:
– A screening of award wining film Outed:the Painful Reality which takes a look at the effects of the anti-LGBTIQ media

– An interview with Mirakel Rakkaus Hossy, the director of Outed:the Painful Reality and the founder of Queer Kampala International Film Festival

– An interview with director, Siu-keung Kaspar Wan from Kaspar X Filmwhich will also be screened at the festival in Uganda

– A chat with Keisha Siriboe about how Stay Woke HK is supporting the Black Lives Matter Movement here in HK!

– This is a FREE event with donations to Queer Kampala International Film Festival encouraged at the door
