The Harmonics: A Group of Stars is Born

Look who’s back!

The Harmonics are Back!
After being “born” four years ago, the originally all-male, mostly gay-identifying, octet has grown into a 60-person choir made up of LGBTQ singers and allies. By now, it’s safe to say The Harmonics are a prominent fixture in Hong Kong queer and mixed spaces. They’ve spent much of the year performing at events scattered across the LGBT events calendar, but are proud to announce a night just for them.

After last year’s successful ‘Unleash’ concert, this year marks their third anniversary of staging a major performance. They’re going all out to give you “A Night at the Movies” by paying tribute to the grand music of the big screen. Performing songs arranged specifically for this concert, medleys from 80s movies, and recent Grammy award-winning smash hits, the audience will enjoy singing along to songs they love and meeting new mesmerising tunes.

No Money, No Problem
Ticket prices aren’t an issue this year, as LUSH, the Fresh Handmade Cosmetics Company, has sponsored the concert to get everyone in for free! Unfortunately, that’s exactly why they have completely sold out on Eventbrite. I guess that’s the price you pay when you don’t have to pay for tickets!

Enter to Win!
Luckily for you, PLUG has 2 free tickets to give away to 1 lucky winner. Email timothy@plug-magazine with your favourite song from a movie and you’ll be entered to win. Deadline is Sunday, 26 May at midnight. We will announce the winner on the PLUG Facebook page on Monday.
